The Bed & Breakfast consists of two cozy and romantic cabins called the Ranch House Cabin and the Cowboy Cabin. Each of these one room cabins has a two-person indoor jetted tub, a queen-size bed, a private bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet, a radio-CD player, a coffee pot for making coffee, tea, or hot chocolate (supplies provided), and a small refrigerator (stocked with sodas, creamers, and an ice tray). The cabins are heated for those frigid winter nights plus each has a wood burning fireplace (wood provided). They are also air conditioned for those really hot summer days plus they both have neat front porches for sitting and forgetting your stresses and for just admiring the natural beauty around you.

Homestead Of Defiance
We are housed on the old farmstead property that once had the Yellow Farmhouse Winery, offering various lodging options for those exploring our region We now have the Yellow Farmhouse as a 2-bedroom full-house vacation rental, the Bunkhouse with four bunkbed-styled room rentals (geared to bicyclists on the Katy Trail), and the Pavilion which is rented for small intimate outdoor gatherings. Coming in 2021 is the White Farmhouse offering a two-bedroom full-house vacation rental.

Katy Trail Bunkhouse at the Homestead of Defiance:
We provide clean and affordable lodging for bicyclists on the Katy Trail with our four individual rooms in the Bunkhouse. Rooms 1 and 4 sleep two, while Rooms 3 and 4 sleep 3. We are across the street from the Katy Trail in the heart of downtown Defiance at mile marker 59.1.
More like a “glamping” experience, our guests have clean rooms with AC/Heat, small refrigerator, bunk beds with spa-quality linens, charging station for electronics, Keurig coffee supplies, a community microwave, Keurig, and water dispenser. Our Showerhouse offers two bathrooms with showers as well as towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hair dryer. Guests can store their bikes in their room or in the Bikehouse.
Our Bikehouse, a bike storage area, provides a locked area to store your bicycle. Common bike tools, air, and some repair parts available. We are one block from the Katy Bike Rental which is a full-service bike shop.
