 Town & Country Nursery was started in 1970 by Urban “Chick” Ruether.  In a small building along the Katy Trail in Dutzow, he provided customers with quality products and services.

       In 1993, the company outgrew it’s location and a new building was built in the heart of Dutzow.

In 2021 the company was purchased by Hoffmann Family of Companies and we continue to offer the great customer service and same quality products that we’ve come to be known for.

Our History
Unnerstall and Unnerstall, CPA, P.C., began in 1958 with general accounting services for business and individuals. This developed into strategic planning for individual wealth maintenance, minimization of tax liabilities for individuals and corporations, payroll and consulting services. We believe in “old school” principles, but we also believe in keeping up with the needs of individuals and businesses in this rapidly changing world. In 1991 Tim took the business over from a retiring Moe Unnerstall and brought on Steve as a partner in order to help with the rapidly expanding workload.

Our Credentials
The firm of Unnerstall and Unnerstall, Certified Public Accountants, P.C., and the firm’s principals, Tim A. Unnerstall, C.P.A. and Steven G. Unnerstall, C.P.A., are members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA). Our firm participates in the AICPA’s Peer Review program administered by the MSCPA. On April 23, 2015, the Missouri East Acceptance Committee of the MSCPA accepted the report on the most recent peer review of our firm.
